PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT REQUIRED:   (See refund policy.) CLASSES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS WILL BE HELD AT THE PLYMOUTH ELKS CLUB AT 41700 ANN ARBOR ROAD, (west of I-275) IN PLYMOUTH, HOURS ARE GENERALLY 8:30 AM TO 4:00 PM; REGISTRATION 8:15 AM.  NO WALK-INS  (See website for map.)  LUNCH IS INCLUDED.  Please bring a calculator to class, as many of the classes require a calculator.

NOTE:  USPAP Update starts at 8 am and Appraiser Michigan Law starts at 3:30 pm.

All classes must meet minimum enrollment requirements by Friday of the proceeding week.

The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as deemed necessary.

SCHOOL POLICIES 

 

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  THE STATE REQUIRES THAT ALL PRE-LICENSURE COURSES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINARS BE ATTENDED TOTALLY FOR ANY CREDIT TO BE GIVEN.  NO SPECIAL SESSIONS SHALL BE SCHEDULED FOR MAKE UP OF MISSED CLASSES (SEE CATALOG ON THE WEB SITE).  NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN BECAUSE OF MISSED CLASSES. 

 

REFUND POLICY:  The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment.  An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied.  All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within three (3) business days after signing a contract (registering) with the school.  All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.  After the three (3) business days have elapsed the following refund policy will apply:  students wishing to cancel must do so in writing three (3) working days or more prior to the commencement of a class or seminar.  A refund in the amount of seventy-five (75) percent of the tuition will be paid upon the return of all materials issued, or full credit will be given for another class.
